Jetbeam provides a 5-year limited warranty (from the date of purchase), covering manufacturing defects and non-human damage. Waterproof rings and other consumable parts enjoy a 6-month free replacement service. Warranty does not apply to human damage, modification or purchase from unofficial channels.

We are confident in the quality of our flashlights. All flashlights purchased through our online store are covered by a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period begins on the date of your purchase, which is the date on your receipt or order confirmation.
